This price is, however, much higher as compared to the other neighborhoods in Virginia. The median real estate price of the neighborhood is $532,621 which is also much expensive as compared to other surrounding neighborhoods.
A majority of the housings in Columbia Pines have 3 to 4 bedrooms. There also a few housings that have five or more bedrooms. Almost 90% of the real estate in these parts in owner-occupied, thus leaving only a small portion for rentals. The single family occupied homes, however, promote a sense of community in the area.
